How to Apply Treatex Hardwax Oil Ultra Clear

1. Sand the timber to 120 grit and remove all dust with a hoover or tack cloth
2. Stir the oil well before and during use
3. Apply a thin coat with a brush, roller, or cloth, working with the grain
4. Leave to dry, then apply a second coat if needed, usually with no sanding in between

Coverage & Drying Times

500ml covers approximately 10m² per coat. 1L covers approximately 20m² per coat, and 2.5L covers approximately 50m². The oil is usually touch dry within 3-6 hours. A full cure takes around 7-10 days.

Sizes Available

This oil comes in a 30ml sample size, ideal for testing on offcuts. Full projects are covered by 500ml, 1L, and 2.5L sizes.
