2. Age-Restricted Products

Most of our products can be purchased by anyone, but a few items are covered by UK age-restriction laws. These include:

• Aerosol spray paints – 16 years and over
• Knives and bladed tools – 18 years and over
• Certain solvents and volatile substances – 18 years and over if there is reason to believe they may be misused

If your order contains any of these products, we’ll need to see valid photo ID (passport, UK driving licence, or a PASS-accredited proof-of-age card) when you collect your order or when it’s delivered.

If suitable ID isn’t provided, we’ll unfortunately have to refuse delivery or cancel that part of the order—your safety and compliance with the law come first.

3. Our Products & Your Order

• We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, and images accurate, though details may change without notice.
• Your order is confirmed once you receive our email confirmation and payment is processed.
• We may limit quantities or decline an order if necessary, but we’ll always communicate with you if that happens.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include/exclude applicable taxes as noted.
• We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.
• Please double-check that your billing and shipping details are correct to avoid delays.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We’ll provide an estimated delivery time at checkout and keep you updated along the way.
• Risk of loss passes to you once your order reaches the address you provide.
• If you’re ordering internationally, you’re responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your order. Below is a clear guide to our returns process, including your legal rights under UK consumer law.

Change of Mind (Online Orders)

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us that you’d like to cancel your order.
• Once you’ve notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
• We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof that they’ve been returned).
• Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• Please inform us within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged or faulty so we can put things right quickly.
• Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 30 days to reject faulty goods and claim a full refund.

In-Store Purchases (Our Store Policy)

• For unwanted items bought in-store, we ask that you return them within 48 hours of purchase, unused and in their original packaging.
• Please note: custom-mixed paints, made-to-order, or special-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Your statutory rights are not affected: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund.
