Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 is a classic, water-based primer-sealer. Use it indoors or out. It has a low smell, dries fast, and sticks well to glossy surfaces.

This primer bonds tightly to hard-to-stick surfaces. No sanding needed. It’s rust inhibitive too, great for new metal. It resists flash rusting when wet and protects against rust for the life of the coating.

How to Apply Bulls Eye 1-2-3

1. First, check the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust or grease. We advise using Zinsser Cleaner & Degreaser first.
2. Stir well before use.
3. Apply with a brush, roller, pad, or sprayer.
4. Let it touch dry for about 30 minutes.
5. Recoat after 1 hour. Full cure takes 7 days.

Coverage

Covers up to 10m² per litre. Touch dry in 30 minutes. Recoat after 1 hour. Fully cured after 7 days.
