Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Plus is a water-based primer, sealer, and stain killer. Use it indoors or out. It works like a solvent primer, but with a lower smell.

This primer resists re-wetting. So it blocks water-based stains like a solvent primer would. It also seals oil-based stains. You can use it right over water and smoke marks. One primer, one project, job done.

How to Apply Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Plus

1. First, check the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust or grease. We advise using Zinsser Cleaner & Degreaser first.
2. Stir well before use.
3. Apply with a brush, roller, pad, or sprayer.
4. Let it touch dry for about 30 minutes.
5. Recoat after 1 hour.
