Bedec Multi Surface Paint (MSP)® is the original all-surface, all-purpose paint for interior and exterior use. It’s self-priming and self-undercoating, which means it bonds directly to almost any surface without a separate primer — saving time, money and an extra coat.

First developed in the early 1990s, MSP has built its reputation through word of mouth across DIY, trade, commercial and industrial use. It carries a Class 1 Wet Scrub Rating (BS EN 11998:2006), is water-based and low VOC, and won’t yellow over time.

How to Apply Bedec Multi Surface Paint MSP

1. Make sure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease and loose material
2. No primer or undercoat is needed on most surfaces — MSP goes on direct
3. Stir thoroughly before use
4. Apply by brush, roller or spray in smooth, even coats
5. Leave to touch dry — under 2 hours at normal conditions
6. Apply a second coat after 4 hours
7. Two coats are recommended for best coverage and durability

Coverage

Bedec Multi Surface Paint MSP covers 12–14m² per litre per coat, depending on surface texture and porosity. Coverage will be lower on very porous or rough surfaces.

We stock MSP in four colours at 250ml: Black (Gloss), Holly (Gloss), Inca (Gloss), Magnolia (Gloss), Oxfrod Blue (Gloss), Red Cossack (Gloss) & White Gloss.

Sizes Available

We stock this product in 250ml. MSP is also available in 750ml, 2.5L, 5L and 20L — ask us in-store if you need a larger size.

Safety & Restrictions

• Water-based — wash tools in water immediately after use
• Do not apply in temperatures below 8°C or above 35°C
• Keep away from children
• Store in a cool, dry place away from frost
