The lightweight formula contains microscopic crushed marble beads, which is what stops it sagging or slumping in a deep hole. It comes ready to use straight from the tub, so there is nothing to mix and no powder to measure.

How to Apply Filltite Ultra-Light Filler

1. Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and free from loose material.
2. Open the tub and stir if needed to a smooth, creamy consistency.
3. Apply straight from the tub with a filling knife.
4. Fill right to the top rather than building up layers.
5. Smooth off level with the surrounding surface.
6. Leave to dry — paintable from 15 minutes under normal conditions.
7. No sanding needed if finished cleanly, though a light sand can be applied once fully dry if required.

Drying and Painting

Paintable from 15 minutes in normal conditions, which is what makes this useful on a working job site. Temperature and humidity will affect the actual time — the lower the temperature, the longer it will take. Replace the lid tightly between uses and the rest of the tub will keep.
