Zinsser B-I-N Aqua is a water-based primer, sealer, stain killer, and smell blocker. It’s the only full-surface primer of its kind from Zinsser that blocks knots. It works well without sanding, indoors or out.

B-I-N Aqua primes, seals, blocks stains, and locks in bad smells. It’s a real all-rounder for tricky surfaces. It has an ultra-low smell too, with only trace VOCs. Clean-up is just soap and water.

How to Apply B-I-N Aqua

1. First, check the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust or grease. We advise using Zinsser Cleaner & Degreaser first, especially on metal.
2. Remove mould with Mould Killer & Remover, if needed.
3. Stir well before use.
4. Apply with a brush, roller, or sprayer. One coat usually works.
5. Let it touch dry for about 25 minutes.
6. Recoat after 45 minutes. Allow 2 hours over knots and stains.
7. Leave to cure. Full cure takes 5 to 7 days.

Coverage

Covers up to 9m² per litre. Touch dry in 25 minutes. Recoat after 45 minutes (2 hours over stains). Fully cured after 5 to 7 days.
