Drop one in the tray, paint, lift it out, bin it. That is the whole idea. No standing at a sink scrubbing dried emulsion out of the ribs, and no waiting for a tray to dry before starting the next colour. Semi-rigid moulded, so they will not buckle under a loaded roller. Five to a pack, for 4" mini or 9" ProDec trays.

ProDec Tray Liners take the worst job in decorating off your list. Drop one into your roller tray, pour your paint, and work as normal. When you have finished, lift the liner out and bin it. The tray underneath is still clean.

That matters most when you are changing colour. Instead of stopping to scrub a tray and waiting for it to dry, you swap the liner and carry straight on. Available for 4″ mini trays and 9″ standard trays, five liners to a pack.

Key Features of ProDec Tray Liners
  • Pack of 5 disposable liners
  • Semi-rigid moulded construction, so they hold shape under a loaded roller
  • Made from recyclable PET plastic
  • Simply drop into the tray and lift out after use
  • Quick, mess-free colour changing with no washing
  • Saves the water you would use cleaning a tray out
  • Saves buying a second tray for a second colour
  • Saves throwing the tray itself away once it is caked

Where to Use
  • Any job using a compatible ProDec roller tray
  • Rooms where you are changing colour partway through
  • Emulsion, masonry paint, and most common finishes
  • Trying out tester pots without ruining a tray each time
  • Rental turnarounds and holiday let refreshes
  • Anywhere with no easy access to a sink or outside tap

How to Use ProDec Tray Liners
  1. Start with a clean, dry tray.
  2. Press the liner in so it sits flat against the base and the sloped section.
  3. Pour your paint into the well as you normally would.
  4. Load and roll off exactly as you would with a bare tray.
  5. When you have finished, let any leftover paint dry in the liner.
  6. Lift the liner out and dispose of it, recycling PET where your local service accepts it.
  7. Drop a fresh liner in for the next colour.

Choosing the Right Size

Pick the 9″ for standard full-size roller work, which is most walls and ceilings. Choose the 4″ Mini for small roller jobs: behind radiators, doors, frames, touch-ups, and tester pots. Mini trays are the more awkward ones to wash out, so the liners arguably earn their keep even faster in that size.

Why Bother with Liners

Washing a tray uses a lot of water and sends paint into the drainage system. A liner avoids both. It also saves the tray, which usually gets binned once the ribs are caked solid. One good tray plus a pack of liners outlasts a stack of cheap trays.

Sizes Available

Choose 4″ Mini or 9″ from the options above. Both come in packs of 5.

Safety & Restrictions
  • Designed for ProDec trays. Check the fit if your tray is another brand
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Do not pour leftover paint down the drain. Let it dry in the liner first
  • Thin plastic. Support a full liner underneath when lifting it out
  • Recycle where your local service accepts PET

No scrubbing, no waiting, and no ruined tray at the end of the job. ProDec Tray Liners are a small thing that makes a decorating day easier. Choose your size and order today.
